JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help implement “best-in-class” digital/ social media strategies, for LinkedIn
- Help organising the email and marketing campaigns
- Help creating awareness, involve with training and webinars
- Help organise marketing events
- Handling day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision; needs to be organised and self-sufficient; prioritises and completes tasks to meet deadlines without supervision
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Highly skilled in in written and verbal English communication
- Social and networking skills
- Experience in online and social media marketing; experience in managing paid campaigns would be a plus
- Good with numbers; an analytical mind with the ability to derive insights from data
- Strong writing skills to generate thought-leading content based on industry trends and topics
- A passion for Sustainability, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the intellectual curiosity to learn more. Perform work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires meeting time-sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative/unsupervised and plan and organise own time to meet varying priorities
General Responsibilities
Flexibility: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service & operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily, or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and / or internationally.
Confidentiality, Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Computer Misuse: All staff must ensure confidentiality and security of information dealt with in the course of performing their duties. They must comply with and keep up to date with Mitra policies and legislation on confidentiality, data protection, freedom of information and computer misuse. to any unauthorized persons. This duty extends after employment ceases.
