What you will do:
- Screen potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and assist recruitment team to select the most suitable candidate
- Update HRIS accurately
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- Attend to any other tasks assigned by the Associate Manager – HR
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
- Reading for or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management/Engineering/Physical Science or Professional qualifications in CIM/CIMA/PQHRM or any recognized qualification.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- ‘Can do’ attitude
General Responsibilities
Flexibility: The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service & operational needs. The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily, or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role. This may include periods of time working on client premises and / or internationally.
