From Startup to Scaleup
Wisdom and Guidance for Entrepreneurial Success
From Startup to Scaleup charts my entrepreneurial journey, including personal stories, case studies and thoughts from those I have been privileged to work alongside. It tracks the path of a typical entrepreneur from ideation, building a prototype, winning customers, securing investment to scaling a business. I include how to recruit the best talent, how to compete with bigger brands and how to adapt if the market doesn’t respond to your offering. The book is written to help new entrepreneurs avoid the pitfalls that face any startup, with particular emphasis on growth, scaling up, pivoting and sustainability. I hope my anecdotes and advice will help fledgling businesses to start strong and stay strong.
