For over a decade, Dananjaya has helped global organisations build learning interventions that produce high performance teams. By profession he is a human resource development specialist, but midway through his professional career, he discovered a passion for being in front of an audience, so embarked on a journey to master the art and science of communication and public speaking. In 2014, he won the Toastmasters World Championship of Public Speaking, a competition attracting 33,000 contestants from across the globe. Representing Asia, he was the first non-native English speaker, in its’ 75-year history, to win the world’s largest public speaking contest. Today, he shares his knowledge and insights in adult learning, bringing his advice and guidance to Mitra Innovation as a human resource management guru.
