Mitra is pleased to announce the signing of Degani to its list of clients. Mitra has partnered with Degani to design and build a new stock management system with sophisticated ordering processes for store managers. This system will streamline and optimise the business’ stock replenishment process, improve the accuracy of inventory orders, and make it possible to visualise data from different sources. Furthermore, this system will provide a custom report generation facility, and increase transparency for the company’s top management.

Degani is an Australian café network offering gourmet food, coffee, and catering. It is one of the largest premium brands in Melbourne serving over 6 million cups of coffee a year. Established in 1999, the company employs 51-200 people and has a range of stores in and around Melbourne in a variety of environments including shopping centers’, strips and office foyers. Degani operates a unique franchise model that offers benefits which include low royalties, store model flexibility, flexible menu items, the ability to source local suppliers from local markets, unique store designs, a wood fired pizza option, strong European influences, and cost-effective set up costs.

Negotiations have been finalised and the project came into effect on the 1st of July. Mitra remains keen to support its new client’s future growth by upgrading its web capabilities.
